HDYCA aims to represent and support the diverse communities across the Borough of Dudley, including Yemeni, Arabic-speaking, and other ethnic and cultural groups, while also extending its services and activities to benefit the wider local community.
The organisation works to promote inclusion, equality of opportunity, and community cohesion by offering a range of services that complement those available in the mainstream sector and by acting as a bridge between residents and service providers.
HDYCA’s programmes are open to everyone, with particular emphasis on helping individuals and families overcome barriers—such as language, cultural differences, or limited access to resources—that may prevent full participation in education, employment, and community life.
We collaborate closely with partners including Dudley MBC, West Midlands Police, the Centre for Equality and Diversity (CFED), Dudley CVS, the NHS, local schools and colleges & faith groups to deliver meaningful, accessible support for all.
