HCC - COVID-19 VACCINATION PROGRAMME
The Halesowen/ Dudley Yemeni Community Association is working in Partnership with NHS Dudley with our involvement in the vital Covid 19 Vaccination Programme .
A Covid 19 Vaccination Hub will be opening up at
The Halesowen Cultural Centre, Highfield Lane, Halesowen, B63 4SG.
This will take place every Thursday starting 29 July 2021 for 6 weeks.
Opening times 9:30 am till 5:30pm
The Halesowen Cultural Centre is located in Central Halesowen with easy access via excellent transportation links .
There is a Large car park available for cars and bikes . Also facilities with disabled access .
There is a bus stop outside the Centre. The main bus station in the town Centre is a 7 minute walk from Halesowen Town Centre.
This important initiative will focus on all those aged 18 years old and over. Please come for your Pfizer COVID vaccination. Vaccines are safe and effective in protecting you and your friends and family. Help us to protect your community.
Please bring some form of identification or a copy of your prescription when you come for your vaccination .thank you.
Note : The clinic at Halesowen Cultural Centre will be a walk in clinic you do not need to make an appointment. Please try to come throughout the day. There may be periods of the day when it gets very busy during these times you will need to wait for your vaccination.

COVID-19 Community Awareness Session/EventCOVID-19 Community Awareness Session/event A COVID-19 webinar took place on 24th February 2021 which was in Arabic language. This webinar highlighted key points of COVID -19 and the vaccine. Health Professionals, Community Leaders were speakers at the webinar, with members of the public asking vital questions. This webinar was very beneficial to all. A recording of the webinar can be found Thank you to everyone in the webinar. The Halesowen Dudley Yemeni Community Association (Halesowen cultural centre) would like to sincerely express our thanks to the organisers Doctors and professional groups who prepared this . This is beneficial for the people for Muslims and non-Muslims communities. The outcome of the webinar good leadership between the community and NHS (Local GPs and public health consultants) again, thank you Dr Mahdi Mutahar، Rrzaq Ahmed and rest of the team. عُقدت ندوة توعوية وارشادية عبر الإنترنت حول COVID-19) فيروس كورونا وحملات التطعيم ( مساء الأربعاء تاريخ 24 فبراير 2021 م والتي كانت باللغة العربية. سلطت هذه الندوة الضوء على النقاط الرئيسية لـ COVID -19 واللقاح. جمع هذا اللقاء المهنيين من الطبيين الصحيين وقيادات الجاليات حيث كان مفتوح للجمهور في طرح أسئلة حيوية تتعلق بالتطعيم والحماية كما تحدث الكثير عن هذه الجائحة وما يجب على المجتمع أخذه لحماية أنفسهم وأسرهم والآخرين. كانت هذه الندوة عبر الإنترنت مفيدة جدًا للجميع. يمكن العثور على تسجيل للندوة عبر الإنترنت رابط الموجود هنا . تود جمعية الجالية اليمنية في مدينة هليزوين البريطانية ( مركز هليزوين الثقافي ) أن نعرب بصدق عن شكرنا للمنظمين من الأطباء اليمنيين العاملون في الصحة والمجموعات المهنية الذين أعدوا هذا اللقاء .. بتعاون مع الجاليات اليمنية. هذا مفيد للناس بالنسبة للمسلمين وغير المسلمين. من خلال هذه الندوة استفاد الكثير من التعليمات الطبية الإرشادية التي كانت من خلال المهنيين والأطباء وقيادات الجاليات في مختلف المدن البريطانية. تبادل الآراء والمعلومات والإرشادات بخصوص التطعيم بين أفراد المجتمع والصحة العامة. من خلال (الأطباء المحليون ومستشارو الصحة العامة) ومن خلال مشاركة الجالية اليمنية في مدينة هليزوين البريطانية نتقدم بالشكر والتقدير والعرفان الى كل منظمي هذا اللقاء والمشاركين على رأسهم الدكتور / مهدي مطهر وارزق أحمد وبقية الفريق.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Update - 30TH October 2020
The Halesowen Cultural Centre will reopen its facilities on Sunday 1st November 2020.
There are strict COVID-19 policy guidelines in place for all users and visitors to adhere to.
The masjid facility has marked social distancing lines in place for prayers. Numbers will be strictly limited. As the Pandemic is constantly a fast-moving situation, we will monitor the situation each day and respond accordingly as per Government and Public Health guidelines.
The safety of all is paramount.

H/DYCA PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE CIRCULATION
IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OF SERVICES, ACTIVITIES AND CONGREGATION PRAYERS AT:
HALESOWEN/DUDLEY YEMENI COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (HALESOWEN CULTURAL CENTRE)
Assalamu alaykum,
Dear brothers and sisters,
We pray that you are all well and in good health.
With the spreading of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in-line with advice for community organisations/religious institutions, the Halesowen/ Dudley Yemeni Community Association Management Committee has taken the decision to do the following:
• All activities and services, Also those who hire rooms are all suspended for two weeks until
further notice. (Phone Services available only)
• Children Arabic language classes including GCSE sessions are suspended until after Ramadhan for review. Teachers will work from home for the remaining weeks of this month. We will be in contact with the children’s parents to direct work and revision to children.
• All advice and guidance will be taking place via phone appointments. Please call us on
01215851261 / 07855019961 for further details.
• All the prayers including Jummah prayers have been temporarily suspended until further
notice, we ask everyone to pray at home.
• The elderly and the vulnerable are advised not to put themselves at risk for their own safety. We have a small team of YCA volunteers who are happy to help the elderly and the vulnerable with their needs and safety such as doing their shopping or in the case of an

• The centre will be closed to the public and strictly only open to the management committee & staff. We have taken all these precautions based on the principle of preserving human life. Our community has always demonstrated generosity, kindness and compassion at times of hardship and uncertainly, therefore we urge everyone to look out and support one another and please take every step to remain safe and ensure the safety of others.
We ask Allah SWT to protect everyone and to lift all illness from our midst.

الى اشعار آخر بعد رمضان وسنعمل على التواصل مع الآباء والأمهات ماالبدائل وكيفية مراجعات الدروس للطلاب من خلال هيئة التعليم والهيئة الإشرافية على المدرسة وفي خلال أسبوعين المتبقية من هذا الشهر لخ…
٣– كل المساعدات والنصائح والإرشادات من خلال التواصل على التلفون او موعد مسبق.
